Professional and friendly staff. Lucas helped my daughter find a good Subaru and Mariah was great with the financing. Had an issue with the temp light flashing after we bought the Subaru but Matt in service quickly diagnosed the problem. He had us back on the road quickly and went above and beyond with his service. Really appreciate that they stand by the cars they sell and will definitely buy here again!
We bought a 2014 Impreza in August of 2023. They were super friendly, very helpful. However, once we purchased the car and drove off the lot, it immediately began having problems. The AC began running hot on the way home. They did have us bring the car back and after a couple of visits, it was fixed. The frustrating part was that it shouldn't have happened immediately after a large purchase. It looks like another reviewer had a similar, drive-off-the-lot issue. A couple of weeks later, we started hearing a cling-cling noise in the back and realized the muffler had completely rusted apart and would have been pretty obvious if inspected. Now it is very loud to drive. These significant problems should have been caught and this has been a disappointing, stressful experience.
Great place to buy a car from! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Check engine light came on after i drove the car off the lot and they still worked with me to get it fixed. Highly recommend them!

These guys are great. Got a good car from them. They gave me a great trade in value as well. I think the salesmanship name was Kyle. In his 20s and blonde hair. Nice guy. Didn't pressure us or have a creepy used car salesmen feel. He even told me if the car breaks they will fix it for the price of the parts only.
I bought a car from GR 616 motors a few months ago and was very happy! The specific cars engine had been almost completely redone, and a few months later I did have to spend money to get oil seals replaced. As the car was almost all redone I wasn’t too upset, they could’ve just missed this problem. Later on I had transmission issues and needed to get a new one. I called them and asked what they could do, and they were very helpful and honest with me. They ended up covering the labor costs and replacing the transmission. Overall I had a good experience with customer service, and with the dealers while buying the car. Members of my family have also had great experiences with them and I’m most appreciative of their honesty and communication!
I bought a truck on July 28th of 2023. It had paint chips and they offered to fix it. Had to take the truck back after I got it because of how awful the paint job was. I got it back and definitely still not perfect. I also had them replaced the battery on it because I was having starting issues. Keep in mind this is the first week of me owning it. I thought maybe this might just be bad luck. Sure wasn’t! After owning the truck through the first big rain storm I had leak issues! I fixed it not happy about it. Over time I have now fixed the coolant sensor and the fuel pump. So I definitely don’t recommend buying a vehicle unless you want to pay over price for something you want to dump more money into.
I can highly recommend this dealer. Had the "pleasure" of buying two cars from them 1.5 months apart, as the first car unfortunately was totalled. Great staff and a great selection of cars. I will definitely be back for my next purchase....hopefully more than 1.5 months from now :) 5 stars for sure.
Highly recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle. They are very upfront and honest about what needs work and they are very willing to get things fixed before and after buying a vehicle. The day I drove the car off the lot I noticed the speakers weren’t working, and they bought me brand new speakers, and then a new radio after we found out it was the radio that was not working. Very helpful when it came to needing assistance to figure out how to work certain things in the vehicle as well. Everybody here is extremely friendly and helpful.
